Privacy Policy

AI Radio HQ is a music competition platform. Creators submit songs, songs play on genre stations, listeners vote, and results decide standings and creator payouts. This policy explains what we collect to run that, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the app. Ad slots are served by us and counted as totals, not tied to an advertising profile of you.

How we use it

• Running the competition: queue, playback, votes, standings, pull-downs.
• Paying creators from the advertising pool and tracking what is owed.
• Preventing fraud, including coordinated voting and duplicate submissions.
• Answering support requests and handling rights complaints.
• Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Apple, for purchases made through the App Store. Apple handles that payment and shares transaction records with us, not your full payment details.
• Infrastructure providers who host the service and store audio files on our behalf.
• Law enforcement or a rights holder, where we are legally required to respond.

What is public

If you submit a song, your creator name, song title, genre, standing and results are visible to other users. That is the point of a public competition. Your email address and payment records are never public.

Keeping it

Account, competition and financial records are kept while your account is open and afterward only as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Submitted songs and their results stay part of the public competition record unless removed under the pull-down or takedown process.

Your choices

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your account, from inside the app or by writing to us. Deleting removes your account and personal information. Aggregate competition history and records we must keep for tax and accounting reasons may remain.
• Pull down a song you submitted, under the pull-down policy.

Children

AI Radio HQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The service carries user-submitted music which may include explicit language, tagged as such. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Traffic runs over encrypted connections and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
